No other provider offers up to 6 years of warranty for POS terminals and up to 5 years warranty for handheld devices. Also the scope of the warranty is unique. If a problem occurs, our services go well beyond simple repairs: Care & Care Gold is based on a refurbish approach in which we not only replace defective parts but also overhaul the product entirely, swapping out older parts and the unit’s appearance. The Orderman repair team not only exchanges defective parts but also all parts that have surpassed 50% of their expected service life (Touch, Display, MSR), ones that have a cosmetic defect and parts that are no longer state-of-the-art. In addition to the hardware repairs, we also upgrade the firmware, drivers and images.
