Base Station

The heart of the Orderman radio network. Base Station provides the radio performance necessary for professional use in the restaurant and hospitality industry. It has a range of up to 300 meter outdoors and up to 50 meters indoors. Orderman broadcasts on the stable, free-of-charge 433 Mhz bandwidth.

From our surveys of restaurant managers, we know that reliability is the number one issue when deciding on a system of this kind. We also know that the key factor in reliability is radio performance. On this issue, restaurateurs have clear expectations: the unit must function at all times, the range must be extensive, service costs must be low and there must be no interference from other devices or installations.

In response to these requirements, Orderman utilizes a 433MHz radio solution. No other radio solution presently available comes close to meeting the high demands of the catering trade. WLAN cannot guarantee truly interference-free and stable operation; Bluetooth is completely out of its depth.
