Being purely high-tech hardware, Orderman does not sell directly to end-users; nor does it supply point-of-sale systems or other software. We cooperate with selected marketing partners, software houses and POS system manufacturers around the globe.
To ensure efficient processes in hospitality establishments, it is essential for dealers and software partners to work with Orderman in a highly coordinated manner. All Orderman models possess the highest level of functionality available today; other functions and additional benefits are reliant on the software and the relevant POS system used.
Around the world, Orderman units work in combination with leading software and POS solutions. The integration of Orderman units with these solutions takes flexibility to a new level and maximises ease of use. In this way, solutions are individually adapted to the specific needs of any given catering establishment.

The Orderman Certified Partner programme
Orderman units are only sold through specialist dealers around the world, all of whom offer a comprehensive and individual service portfolio.
In some countries, we have introduced a Certified Partner Program. Dealers joining the program must meet certain criteria in order to satisfy our high standards in regards to the quality of consulting, installation and service for Orderman products. Dealers maintain these standards through the Orderman Academy and a rigorous exchange of experience.
Dealers taking part in the program are known as Certified Partners or Certified Premium Partners. The only difference is that 'Premium' certification usually denotes a long partnership with Orderman. In both cases, however, membership signifies a high number of reference installations. Certified Partners and Certified Premium Partners are your first point of contact for profitable radio ordering with reliable Orderman technology.
